​As autumn becomes winter we will focus on connecting to the inner voice, the voice of wisdom that rests in our heart centre. Through the resonance of mantra and sound, our minds calm and we can listen deep within. Here lies our true voice, our inner voice. The voice, when used in this way takes us to a place of peace, clarity and presence and can be a profound tool for healing and transformation.
