An immersive evening of mantra, kirtan, voicework, and embodied movement.
Join me on the threshold of the Autumn Equinox, as we gather to honour the balance of light and dark, of giving and receiving, of the voices we offer to the world and the quiet wisdom that lives within.
By honouring the natural cycles of the year, through sound and song, we open a pathway back to our innermost selves. Through mantra, the resonance of sound within our bodies and the connection with our authentic voice, we can access a deep sense of stillness, presence and connection.
When used in this way, the voice becomes more than a means of expression—it becomes a powerful tool for connection, healing, and transformation.
No previous experience or singing ability needed.
